Cake Handling Guide
Transportation
Set your cake on a flat, cool surface in an air-conditioned space to keep the buttercream stable and prevent shifting during transport.
Always hold the bottom of the box with both hands when carrying it, and never place anything on top of the box to avoid damaging the cake.
Storage and Shelf Life
If possible, store your cake in the fridge right away. To enjoy it at its best, take it out 1–2 hours before serving so it can come to room temperature.
Avoid exposing the cake to direct sunlight, as it may cause the buttercream to melt.
For optimal freshness, we recommend enjoying your cake the day you pick it up. If needed, you can store it in the fridge for 4–5 days in an airtight container or freeze it for up to 2 weeks.
