By placing your order with Connect Bakery, you are accepting these terms and conditions
Cancellation Policy
Plans changed? We totally understand! Just be sure to contact us and request the cancellation of your order at least 7 days before your pickup date. A full refund will be issued.
In the event that orders are not cancelled within the stated time, a refund will not be issued.
Please understand that we put in a great amount of effort for each order and preparations may have already been made for your order.
Allergens
Please note that our products contain dairy, eggs, and flour. If you have any other allergy concerns, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
Damages
Once your order has left our care, we’re unable to take responsibility for any damages that may occur during transport.
To help keep your cake safe and looking its best, please refer to the “Cake Handling Guide” available on our website.
Changes to Order
Need to make changes to your cake? We're happy to help! Just be sure to send your request at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup.
If you need to change your pickup date, we can only accommodate requests for a later date, not earlier.
We appreciate your understanding as we work hard to give you the best experience possible!
Payments
All orders will require a $20.00 deposit through Zelle or Venmo. Deposits become non-refundable if order is not cancelled at least 7 days before pick-up.
Full payment will be required by pick-up date, through Zelle, Venmo, or Cash
Pick-Up / Delivery
All orders must be picked up in Livonia, Michigan. You will be given the exact address of pick-up 2 days before your scheduled pick-up.
We currently do not offer delivery.
